Rendezvous – Kohtaamisia book highlights Bruce Springsteen’s iconic stage charisma from 1999 until 2024.

Finnish photographer Riku Olkkonen has taken photos at Springsteen concerts for his own enjoyment as a hobby. One day Backstreets fan publication approached him and suddenly his pictures were everywhere. Some of his photos were hand-picked by Springsteen himself for an official record release and a tour program. You may have seen his pictures on several unofficial releases like Crystal Cat, Godfather and Piggham as well.

Olkkonen’s concert photo archive consists of tens of thousands of photos taken at nearly 90 Springsteen concerts. Riku gave his photo archive to his wife Nina who spent some time going through the pictures. She selected the best shots for display in a special photo exhibition at the Finlandia Gallery, Helsinki in July 2024. You can find all the exhibition photos and a diverse selection of other great Springsteen concert photos in this book.

The book is hard cover, 180 pages, 320+ pictures from 1999 – 2024. Very little text and 99 % of it is in English.
